About Perennia

Background

Melda is an acquisition entrepreneur looking to acquire, operate and grow profitable British SMEs. 


She founded Perennia in 2025 to support the legacy of business owners. After the acquisition she intends to run the daily operations of the business.


With over a decade of experience, Melda brings a unique blend of strategic consulting, investment acumen, and operational expertise in the UK, Europe and US. She has successfully scaled businesses globally and has a strong deal-making background.

Expertise

Melda's experience ranges from consulting for private equity companies investing in European SMEs to successfully scaling a European startup from its home country to eight countries in under two years.


Through her career, she gained significant experience in a mix of modern and established sectors, such as technology, real estate, construction, logistics, retail, and industrial services.

Personal

Melda lives in London and outside of work, she indulges in her love for adventure and nature, enjoying horseriding, kitesurfing, and exploring the scenic British countryside.

Education

Melda holds an MBA from INSEAD and had graduated from Bogazici University with a BA in Economics. She spent a semester in Rotterdam Erasmus University and during her education she completed various internships in banking in Turkey and Venture Capital in Germany.
